Shipping & Refunds



Refunds and Credits:

If an error in color or design is made on an order ETA will remake the items at not additional charge. In the case that items cannot be remade for any reason ETA will provide a refund for the incorrect items only.  The refund will be equal to the amount paid for those particular items or ETA will provide an order credit that can be used at a later date.  If the customer makes a mistake in their order request ETA may correct the items at a discounted rate which will be determined at the time of reorder. 

Product Shipping:

Customer agrees to cover all shipping charges of products to their delivery address unless stated otherwise by ETA. No products will be delivered until the full order balance has been fulfilled. 

Product Delivery:

Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS, ETA is not responsible for delays in shipping or issues that may arise which may cause a shipment to arrive later than expected.   ETA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products during the shipping process.  All shipments will come with a tracking number so you can track your packages progress and contact the shipping company with any questions regarding the delivery of your package.  If you are in the Nashville Metro area you may pick up orders at our office between the hours of 10am to 5pm.
